Spur Outfitters, LLC, offers draw hunts in Wyoming for elk, mule deer, moose and pronghorn antelope.  Mountain lion and black bear are offered over the counter and are based on area quotas.  In Colorado, Ranching for Wildlife tags are guaranteed for moose, elk, mule deer and pronghorn antelope.
